Yoga, Wherever You Are
Can’t make it to the studio? No problem, join me live on Zoom and practice from the comfort of your own home. All you need is your phone, tablet, or computer and a little space to roll out your mat.
How It Works
Camera on or off, it’s totally your choice. Keep it on if you’d like hands-on cues and adjustment suggestions from me during class, or keep it off if you prefer your privacy. Either way, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
You’ll be muted when you join, but feel free to unmute anytime you have a question. I love hearing from you.
Please note: music isn’t played through Zoom, so I recommend queuing up your own calming playlist to set the mood while you practice.

Through steady practice, I learned to calm my thoughts, regulate my breath, and become more present—not only on the mat, but in all areas of life. Yoga helped me grow into a more grounded and compassionate version of myself—as a mom, a friend, and a human being.
Yoga became a sanctuary—a place where I could look inward, release judgment, and develop a true sense of compassion for myself and others. That powerful shift inspired me to become a teacher. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, followed by an additional 100 hours in restorative yoga. I also found great value in meditation and continue to explore its profound impact on the nervous system and emotional well-being.
I’ve always been an athlete and have long believed in the importance of keeping both the body and mind healthy. In addition to yoga, I have been trained and taught Aqua classes and boot camp-style workouts, rounding out my love for yoga, fitness, and teaching. As we move through life, staying active becomes even more essential. But it’s never too early—or too late—to begin taking care of ourselves with intention, love, and presence.
I created Vitality Yoga and Fitness to be a welcoming space where you can show up just as you are and feel supported in your growth. My classes weave together mindful breathwork, strength-building flows, and moments of stillness to help you feel energized, centered, and empowered—both on and off the mat.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deepening a long-time practice, I’m here to support you in discovering your own vitality, strength, and inner peace. I truly believe that when we care for our bodies with respect, nourish ourselves with real food, move consistently, and make space for stillness, we unlock a wellspring of vitality that flows into every part of life.
Let’s journey together toward strength, balance, and inner peace.
